Durianasia’s Member Tiara Commercial Square's Exclusive Program Terms & Conditions

1. Buyer to apply loan within fourteen (14) days from the date of booking.

2. Buyer to execute the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Loan Agreement within fourteen (14) days upon the loan approved.

3. The SPA, loan agreement and other relevant documents are stamped and purchaser fully settled the 10% and or Differential Sum and 1st loan sum has been released;

4. The referral fee is based on the nett selling price after deducted all the discount, credit note rebate, legal fee & stamp duty (which absorb by Developer), package offered and Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS) (if any);

5. The referral fee is inclusive 8% GST / SST/ Tax.
